    Optional: To get a "head start" on the application process, you may bring the following documents with you: 

    Your child's birth certificate 

    Verification of residency (lease, Xcel/utility bill, mortgage, etc.) for Jefferson County, excluding Lakewood

     Income from 2021 (W2s, 1040s, 12 months of paystubs, etc.) OR verification of current TANF or SNAP If you have questions about what documentation is needed, please call us and ask!
