People with active warrants for non-violent, low-level misdemeanor and traffic charges in Gilpin or Jefferson counties will have an opportunity to resolve their case without being arrested. People who have been charged or convicted of a felony offense or any offense under the Victim Rights Act – such as assault, child abuse, unlawful sexual contact or domestic violence – and those with second or subsequent cases involving driving under the influence or driving while ability impaired are not eligible for the program.

Learn which birds we see most often at the Nature Center, and take home a coloring book to help you understand more about them. Program is geared towards children ages 3-5, a parental guardian must be present.
