Open Space Master Calendar

  1. Jeffco Open Space Nature Journal Club: Sketching Landscapes

    Learn techniques for drawing landscapes with the beautiful rock formations of South Valley as a backdrop. Weather Permitting. All ages. Instruction will be geared for adults, but children who are interested in art are welcome to attend with an adult. The program will take place entirely outdoors at South Valley. For the comfort of fellow participants, please leave pets at home. We will send out an email if the program needs to be changed or cancelled due to hazardous weather. The program supply list can be found on the registration page. COVID-19 Guidelines: Registration is required. Maintain 6 feet of social distancing, and limit interactions with people outside your household or immediate circle. Please bring a mask. Currently, facial coverings are not required outdoors in Jefferson County. However, they are still recommended outdoors whenever social distancing cannot be maintained and while using restrooms.
