    1) Permit must be on-hand and visible during all portions of events 2) Once approved, permits are valid for the date and time listed only 3) All vehicles must be parked in a legal manner and outside of designated lanes of traffic 4) Permit may be revoked by JCOS at any time for any reason 5) Permit is for listed group(s), and listed group(s) only; Additional companies or organizations may not be added and must apply for their own permit 6) No trails or areas will be closed for event(s), and all participants are expected to abide by proper trail courtesy and yielding practices 7) All JCOS Rules and Regulations apply, outside of those which are specifically addressed in this permit. Rules and Regulations can be found at https://www.jeffco.us/1583/Regulations 8) Rides must be divided into a maximum of 8 riders (bikes) per group, with groups congregating only at trail junctions or staging area 9) Pre-ride orientations must be given to each rider, with an emphasis on multi-use trail courtesy and proper yielding 10) Demo groups are permitted to stage 1 10’x10’ canopy, 1 vehicle, 1 trailer, 1 bike rack, and a maximum of 13 bikes
