    Jefferson County Fairgrounds is excited to offer marketing opportunities for your upcoming event at our venue to help create maximum exposure and increase attendance for your event. Please read below and take advantage of everything from displaying event information to utilizing our outdoor marquee.

  2. Event marketing opportunities are only available for events occurring at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. Event promoters and producers must provide requested content/messaging to Jefferson County Fairgrounds via this form no more than 14-days prior to their contracted event date(s) for review and consideration. Any requests received after that deadline are not guaranteed for consideration. Availability is based on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that any content submitted may be modified or altered to adhere to Fairground’s standards as well restricted if deemed inappropriate or of poor quality. All marketing opportunities and programming are subject to availability and must be approved by the Fairground’s Manager. Political messages are not permitted. Other scheduled events and activities occurring at the Fairgrounds may also appear on our marquees, indoor advertising locations and other marketing options while your advertising is active.

If you are taking advantage of Facebook posts, please ‘like’ the Jefferson County Fairgrounds Facebook page and ‘follow’ us on Twitter so we can also like your posts for cross marketing opportunities and don't forget to 'tag' us. If you have a post or message you'd like us to share, please contact your Coordinator. Requested posts for your event will be invoiced at $50 per social media post.
  18. Indoor Advertising

    Take advantage of advertising your event to the numerous guests that visit the Jefferson County Fairgrounds annually. Using ads provided by you and/or your printer, the Fairgrounds has multiple indoor locations, including restrooms, to advertise your upcoming event. Contact us to discuss options and pricing.
