    RMMA rents out equipment service to airport tenants on an as-available basis. Completion of this form does not guarantee the availability of the equipment. RMMA staff will contact you to arrange rental services. All equipment comes with an operator. Equipment availability is subject to trained staff availability. Please contact RMMA for additional information on daily, weekly, or monthly rates.
    
    All equipment and staff must remain on airport property.
    
    This form also serves an an invoice. Payment must be received prior to rental service approval.
