YourJeffco is a citizen engagement platform that allows citizens of unincorporated Jefferson County to submit road maintenance requests or questions via a Smartphone app, the Jefferson County website, and the website citizen portal.
This software will be helpful in multiple ways. YourJeffco works hand-in-hand with our asset management system to automate citizen request tasks so they are assigned directly to the crew that is responsible for the maintenance. In doing so, it eliminates a process that includes a customer service representative taking and entering the request and a supervisor from creating a task in our asset management system. This allows the supervisors to be out with the crews more often and is very relevant now that we are experiencing significant manpower shortages.

YourJeffco included a one-time cost of $75,023 for the Software as a Service (Saas), Cartegraph integration license fee and mapping. The annual renewal is $720.
