Services: Quality Living Options (QLO): Is part of a division of DDRC. The program provides residential services for adults with developmental disabilities in three distinct settings:

• Group home
• Apartment home
• Host homes 

Benefits of living in a QLO residential setting:

• Assistance with money management, personal care and household management, emotional and behavioral support, recreational and leisure activities with transportation to activities and appointments
• A nurse who collaborates with program staff or host home providers to ensure medical and dental needs are monitored and met. 
• Access to day programs or paid employment in the community 
• Ensures that individuals with mental health needs are met either through the use of DDRC Behavioral Health Team or Jefferson Center for Mental Health. Typical treatment options include medication, behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and art and music therapy.
• Individual and group counseling for individuals when appropriate.

Services: This program is designed to assist individuals with documented disabilities to become productive members of the workforce and to live independently by crafting an individualized plan for employment with a case manager based on each individual’s skills, abilities, and interests.

• Call the closest office for information about their intake process. Generally individuals must attend an orientation and fill out an application to receive an overview of services.
• A counselor will schedule a time to complete an intake to see if the client meets eligibility for services.

El Grupo VIDA- Network of Hispanic/Latino families who have children or adult loved ones with disabilities or special needs. Formed to provide mutual support for people with disabilities or special needs, their parents, families, guardians, and professionals who serve them.
