Join the JPP community for various learning & wellness events!

September Family Meeting is being replaced with the Marzano Focus Group, a chance for JPP families to provide valuable feedback. Join us this Thursday, September 16th at 5:30-6:30pm. Join the virtual meeting here and earn a $50 gift card for your participation!

September Family Dinner - Thursday, September 30th 5:30-7:00pm @ Playground space at Headstart. This will be a chance for JPP families to reconnect with each other and the JPP staff!

"Coffee Chats" - Join us for these "open hours" to get to know the team, enjoy some yummy snacks, and share your goals, dreams, and feedback related to JPP.We'd love to see you in person! Register for a time slot here.

MARZANO SURVEY – Call to Action

We want to better understand your needs and make improvements to JPP. Help us, by completing an online survey to share your input on support received from JPP during the 2020-2021 program year. This 10-minute online survey will help us continue to understand your needs and improve our supports.

If you complete the survey, you will be given the opportunity to receive a $25 electronic gift card.

Focus Group Recruitment – Call to Action

Please consider participating in a one-hour, online focus group September 16th to share your input on JPP. If you attend the focus group, you will be given the opportunity to receive a $50 electronic gift card. Zoom link: - https://marzanoresearch.zoom.us/j/6944677336

**Note: If you signed up for an August focus group, please join us for the September date. The August focus group has been moved to September 16th to encourage additional participation.

COMPLETE JPP ONLINE ROI!

If you have not already done so, please complete the online JPP ROI for the 2021 year ASAP. The link can be found here. This is required for all JPP families.

“Why fill out an ROI?”

It’s easy! The online ROI form only takes approximately 2-3 minutes to complete!

It’s required for all JPP participants.

A release of information allows your coach to better support you and your family by connecting to other supports in your life, and preventing duplication of services.

Examples:

Connecting with your child’s school allows your coach to help you coordinate services (such as IEPs), and navigate the school system.

Transportation!

JPP family is looking for help with transportation! Needing rides to take kiddos to sports practices in the evenings approx. 6pm in Arvada!

EXERCISE!
Looking for a running buddy in the early mornings! Near JPP office, 3 or 4 times a week!

BABY ITEMS NEEDED! Baby Boy clothes/ Bottles/ Stroller and any other items needed for a newborn!
