Bridging the Talent Gap: Survey Deadline Extended to June 26As partners of the TalentFOUND network, we understand that finding talented workers with the right skills to meet employers’ needs is crucial for thriving businesses and a thriving Colorado economy. Recent state and federal investments in workforce training and education programs provide an opportunity for us to both improve access to high-quality jobs for Coloradans and help employers get the workers they need to thrive.
To ensure these talent development investments are aligned with industry needs, the deadline for the Bridging the Talent Gap employer survey has been extended through June 26, 2021 WHAT: We are asking employers to complete the 15-minute survey to provide information about their talent needs and talent development focus.
WHO: The survey should be completed by human resource directors, business owners or managers, or other individuals responsible for recruiting talent.
WHEN: The deadline to complete the survey is June 26, 2021.
WHY: The survey is designed to understand the skills gaps Colorado businesses face and identify how education and training programs can help close those gaps.
When survey results become available in fall of 2021, employers will be able to access an easy-to-use dashboard that can help you understand the skills gaps in your business and industry and how they align with others across the state and country. Learn more about Bridging the Talent Gap.
You can download the outreach toolkit for draft messaging or request a presentation from the CWDC.

OEDIT will be updating this sheet regularly and are aware that resources can change on a day-to-day basis. This Google sheet is ‘live’, so you may see changes as we make real-time updates. We also have compiled a comprehensive list of Small Business Lenders in Colorado. How to use this sheet: Resources are sorted by type (grant, loan, technical assistance, etc.).
