Colorado Revolving Loan and Climber Loan

The Colorado Revolving Loan Fund provides loans that help small to medium-sized Colorado businesses negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. These loans range from $5,000 to $750,000. These loans are intended to provide startup and working capital that will help create and retain jobs across Colorado.
The maximum interest rate is 10%, and the expected average interest rate of these loans is 4%. Loans may be character-based and may have terms up to 20 years based on the type of loan.

How to apply:
Businesses may contact one of three lenders to apply for these loans:

  • Urban businesses contact Colorado Lending Source or the Colorado Enterprise Fund.
  • Rural businesses contact Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado.
"Climber" Loan Fund

The CLIMBER (Colorado Loans to Increase Mainstreet Business Economic Recovery) Loan Fund is a statewide program that will provide up to $250 million in working capital loans to Colorado small businesses through 2023. It will promote small businesses recovery, save jobs, and help support the Colorado economy.

Loans of up to $500,000 are available, with special consideration for businesses in rural, distressed, and underserved areas.

Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport needs Community input

Provide Your Input on Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport's Strategic Plan - Survey Closes June 11

Please give your input on future development at RMMA through the airport's Strategic Business Plan survey. We would like to hear from airport users and tenant
on-field businesses, other aviation industry stakeholders, and surrounding neighbors. The results will aid the airport and its consultants as they develop the RMMA Strategic Business Plan.

With a growing urban area and nearly 200 acres of aeronautical land available, there are many potential opportunities for investment at the airport. The survey will help inform the plan by gathering input on the airport’s mission, vision and development priorities among different airport stakeholders.

The survey will be live through June 11. Please stay tuned to the RMMA Strategic Business Plan webpage or subscribe to the airport’s newsletter for future updates.

Becoming a Foster Friendly Business

Do you have a business or know someone who owns a business that would give foster families a discount? We are building our Foster Friendly Businesses. Register your business or nominate a business through America's Kids Belong.

There are thousands of kids in the Colorado foster care system who feel unseen and suffering, left to feel like they don’t belong. Together we can dramatically improve their experience and change their outcomes so that these kids can thrive in safe, loving families and supportive communities where they belong. The Foster Friendly app will create a space where families that are fostering can find the supports that are available to them in their community.

Jefferson County is operating under Dial Level Clear

Jefferson County, along with other Metro Denver counties, moved to a new Level on the Dial — Level Clear. In Level Clear, businesses may operate at 100 percent capacity with no mitigation requirements, with the exception of statewide mask requirements in certain high risk settings for unvaccinated individuals and any other requirements set by the State of Colorado or Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
