A.J.Congratulations to AJ, who has worked so hard to accomplish her goals in many areas! AJ has been part of the JPP community since 2019, and has since then had multiple promotions within Headstart, most recently being promoted to an Education Supervisor – we’re so proud of you, AJ!
AJ’s passion for education and working with children led her to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and she is now enrolled in a Master’s program! AJ has doubled her income in the last three years, improved her credit score, and continues to make incredible change for our community, including giving back and serving in many ways. AJ also serves as a leader on the JPP advisory board!
Future goals: Earning her Master’s degree!
AJ, keep making incredible moves – we believe in you!

Princess & CarySo long! Princess and Cary have moved to Oklahoma to be closer to family, and will certainly be missed as part of the JPP community. They have been part of JPP since 2019!
Both Princess and Cary have accomplished and exceeded their goals in education, employment, and savings! They sold their house in Colorado and bought a house, paid-in-full - in Oklahoma – congratulations on this huge accomplishment!
Princess completed on-the-job training to learn hands-on at the insurance company she interned for in Colorado, and this will lend itself well to future employment opportunities in Oklahoma! Cary was given many connections for employment opportunities in their new town!
Future goals: Making connections in their new community!
Biggest accomplishments since joining JPP? “Solidifying joining as a family! We were able to work things out and learn to accept one another when we had a different opinion. We realized compromise is what it is all about!”
What advice would you give to a future JPP family? “Stick with it! Sometimes goals do not feel attainable and reachable, which can keep you from reaching them. Don’t give up on your dreams…they are attainable!”

AdriannaWe celebrate Adrianna, who has been with JPP since nearly the beginning! Adrianna joined the community when she was a teenager, and has accomplished so much since then! Adrianna worked hard to graduate high school, and is now attending college and will graduate this December – woohoo! Adrianna also bought her own home! In her time with JPP, Adrianna also had the opportunity to serve on our advisory board for 3 years, providing valuable input to the community! What advice would you give to a future JPP family? “Be honest with your coach, and be honest with yourself. Being vulnerable gets you where you need to go!”
We support you and celebrate your next exciting steps in life, Adrianna!

Jamie & ZachJPP celebrates Jamie and Zach, who have been a part of the JPP community since 2018. Jamie and Zach have come so far and worked hard to accomplish their goals of paying off debt, meeting new people in the community, and furthering their education and employment! In their time with JPP, Zach received his Associate’s degree and several promotions at work, and Jamie received her CNA certificate – congratulations!
Jamie and Zach have almost tripled their income since joining the JPP community, and no longer even qualify for public assistance because their income is so high – this is huge and we are so proud of you both!
Biggest accomplishment since joining JPP? “Our biggest accomplishment has been not only surviving, but getting to do extra things as a family!”
What advice would you give to a future JPP family? “Do not give up! Utilize the supports that are there for you.”
Future goals: Buying a house!
Jamie and Zach, know you are always supported by this community as you move on to the next exciting chapter of your lives!
