How to Tell a Great Bedtime Story

I don't know about you all, but I am just about the worst storyteller that ever lived.  This article from The New York Times gave great insight on how to engage your kids with bedtime story telling, how to involve them in the process of creativity and imagination, and how to have a little fun between reading books and getting ready for bed.  Getting your kids involved with something like this can make for a great new family tradition that they will remember well into their adulthood.  Check it out by clicking the link below!

gaining money is an action
what if we recharged ourselves as often as we did our phones

Recharge Yourself

We don't let the batteries on our cell phones get low, so don't let yourself run out of juice either. Taking time to recharge will help with both the personal and work aspects of our lives.

Check out these tips to help you recharge:

·    Convert it to Positivity - Positive thoughts energize you and help open you up to new possibilities.

·    Fill it with Gratitude - A quick way to rejuvenate and re-energize your mind is to make a list of 3-7 things that are positive in your day.

·    Feed it Properly - When we eat healthy, wholesome foods that energize our bodies, it also recharges our mind.

·    Give it Rest - Rest is the most important thing you can do for your mind. Give it time to shut down and take a pause.

·    Exercise It - Exercise helps improve overall brain function, long-term memory and information processing skills.

Some food for thought by author James Clear

"Lack of confidence kills more dreams than lack of ability.

Talent matters—especially at elite levels—but people talk themselves out of giving their best effort long before talent becomes the limiting factor.

You're capable of more than you know. Don't be your own bottleneck."
