September Needs Assessment

In efforts to support JPP families as much as possible, it is imperative for us to have good communication and know what's going on with families. As such, we have decided to put out month surveys to families to help us understand what the needs are in our community. Please take 2 minutes and complete this survey for September. As this year comes roaring to a strange end, these will become more imperative as the holidays sneak up on us. We appreciate your feedback and would love to hear how you are doing.
