Chasing the Why Behind the Behavior

A Parenting Curriculum presented by our very own Steffanne Ferris and Rosa Perlman

This One Hit Wonder class will be held outside at Head Start from 5:30- 7 pm. Please RSVP as we will only permit 10 people to attend due to COVID regulations and proper social distancing to ensure everyone's safety. Additionally, we ask that you please make other arrangements for your children for that hour and a half. If this is a barrier to you joining, please let us know and we will come up with a solution together.

Resilience is managing stress and dealing with your life even when things get difficult.

Take care of yourself and ask for support when you need it.
Self-care is a critical tool in the prevention of child abuse.
Learn skills to stop stress from getting in the way of providing loving care for your child.
Enjoy time with your child and celebrate what you like about being a parent.
