Dear JPP,

Thank you for continuing to help us honor each of our community members here - in a special edition of the JPP Newsletter.  These families represent those who have achieved, accomplished, graduated, strive towards, and reached their goals over the past year.  We will have 5 people each week to celebrate who would have otherwise been recognized in this years' Achievement Award Ceremony 2020.

We can't wait to see what you all do next and we want to keep encouraging everyone to keep pushing towards your goals, whether at home or when we meet again in person.  We support you and we know you can do it!

Cheers to more celebrations and more recognition of the hard work you are doing every day.  We see you and we are so proud of you all.  Please read on for Week 4 of celebrations, may they forever continue!!

Rachel, We are SO proud of you and SO Excited to meet precious Baby Amir!!

So much has happened for me this year! First off, I had a gorgeous baby boy, Amir! He has been my inspiration to accomplish some of my goals. I was able to find housing after couch surfing for a 8 months!  once I was settled, I found employment and was able to build up a nice size savings! My next step is to discover a career pathway.

Congratulations on your amazing accomplishments of finding housing, saving up and bringing a beautiful new life into this world!

Jess, you’ve accomplished a LOT this year and have much to be proud of!!

Jess here!!! If we haven't meet, HELLO!! When I started JPP I was a single mom working as a barista, with student loans up the wazzo and a degree I wasn't using. Thanks to the help of JPP and my coach, I am now about ready to celebrate a year as a Medical Assistant at a practice I LOVE going to everyday!! There has been some ups and downs as is all things in life, but I am now moving in with my amazing boyfriend, happy to spend everyday on the front lines and moving toward being more financially stable. JPP has seen me through some of the hardest days, where I all I want is to cry and break down to days I just want to share my joy. As of Feb I have been dealing with what was misdiagnosed "sciatica" after many doctor visits and excruciating pain for 6 weeks, I finally got an MRI and found out I have 2 herniated disks in my spine. After another two weeks and more doctor visits, today I had a epidural steroid injection and am in good spirits that this will allow me the less pain to help fully recover!!

Congratulations on your satisfying career, new relationship and increasing financial stability! We hope your recovery is smooth and fast!

Yulisa has overcome SO MUCH this year!!

My name is Yulisa. This year has been a roller coaster for me but I am so excited to share my accomplishments. One of the biggest ones for me would be my real estate career. I never knew that it would be something so life changing once I dedicated my time and effort to it. I overcame the challenge of lacking self-confidence. It's hard to see the good side of things in YOURSELF when you 're a mom because you're always making sure your child and family are your first priority. JPP has helped me feel confident in myself, speak up for myself  and overcome fear. My coach has been an amazing support with my personal life as well as my future goals. My current successes in life are: getting an internship at a Remax office, improving on my Real Estate practice test online to get my Broker’s license, and working towards buy the house we deserve for my family in the next year. I want to thank JPP for offering their amazing services to us and making everyone feel like we are worth more than we think and with an extra push we can make life changing memories and achievements. I'm so thankful to have meet not only my coahc, but the whole JPP team as well.

Yulisa, YOU put in the hard work to start your career in real estate! Congratulations on making amazing progress in your confidence and on your career path!

Jennifer has been working SO hard and proving to us all that it’s never too late to accomplish our goals!

My name is Jennifer Cleveland. I had a dream of completing my Bachelors degree, so at the age of 50 I went back to school! I am currently at Metropolitan State University and taking 18 credits a semester in order to finish! I start an amazing internship this fall with a public service organization. I'm excited to make my dreams come true and work toward fulfilling this passion!

Congratulations on your amazing work in school and getting a great internship!

Thanks to JPP for working with me throughout this year.  I have been able to accomplish so much! I recently got out of debt, finally got my drivers license, bought a car, and am continuing my education. I am working toward my Associates degree in hopes of being a nurse!
