Four Tips for great PassWording:
- Use Passphrases for your passwords wherever possible. A small sentence or string of unrelated words makes it much more difficult to hack. This video on creating a strong and memorable password can help.
- Use a different password for every account login.
- Use a password manager program to help keep track of your passwords. Some password managers can be accessed from a smartphone or a computer, anywhere at any time. Then you only need to remember one password to access all of your passwords. This page has links to 2 articles on password managers
