S. Swadley Court at W. Quincy Avenue will be closed to traffic on Monday, August 12 through Friday, August 16. Two-way traffic on W. Quincy Avenue will continue with the aid of flaggers during this week.
Jefferson County’s contractor for the W. Quincy Avenue (S. Swadley Court to S. Simms Street) project, American Civil Constructors, will begin crossing this intersection to access the watermain. Crews should connect to the watermain on Wednesday, August 14. Water service will be disrupted for some residents on S. Swadley Court and W. Quincy Place on this date.
