Jefferson County will be conducting an asphalt condition monitoring survey on May 14, 2019 between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., utilizing an Unmanned Aircraft System (Drone). Partial lane closures will occur along W. Bowles Avenue between S. Alkire Street and S. Simms Street.
Also, traffic will briefly stopped on neighborhood streets in Lochwood Subdivision for up to five minutes at a time.
