[ARCHIVED] I-25 Central Planning and Environmental Linkages Study Survey

T-E_Transporation-News_news

I-25 from Santa Fe to 20th Street has time-worn infrastructure that has crashes and heavy delays almost every day. By 2040 the Denver-Metro region is expected to increase by 1.2 million people (37 percent) and the study area is undergoing big changes.

The I-25 Central Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) study seeks to address current challenges and plan for the future. The PEL, led by the Colorado Department of Transportation, is currently developing alternatives to address the project Purpose and Need - improve safety, congestion, and travel-time reliability for the movement of people and goods. Alternatives will also consider access to and from I-25, connectivity across I-25 for all modes, and other goals.

To get a comprehensive understanding of current corridor issues as well as the corridor communities’ visions, needs, and wants, the PEL team is engaging with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.

For more information, see the I-25 Central PEL flyer.

Take the survey.
