Jeffco Open Space (JCOS) will host two community meetings, on Tuesday, March 10 and Thursday, March 19, about the potential Heritage Square Land Exchange (HSE).
In 2019, JCOS received a proposal for a land exchange with Martin Marietta Materials (MMM). The proposed HSE agreement includes the exchange of 64 acres of JCOS property to expand the current Specification/Aggregate mine located on US 40, north of I-70, for approximately 131 acres of MMM property.
Upcoming Community Meetings
Tuesday, March 10, 5:30 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.
