Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Targets Drunk Driving

Friday night into Saturday morning, August 10 – 11, the Jefferson CountySheriff’s Office is conducting a DUI saturation in unincorporated Jefferson
County. The intent of the saturation is to increase traffic safety by stopping suspectedimpaired drivers. Our efforts will focus on interstates and major highways,
including I-70, C470, Highway 6, Highway 285, Wadsworth, Kipling, and Simms.


TheJefferson County Sheriff’s Office is committed to reducing the number of drunk
drivers and alcohol-related accidents and we encourage everyone to drive safelyand responsibly, tomorrow night and always.
