McIntyre Street will be closed to traffic just north of W. 56th Place to south of W. 58th Avenue from 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 16 through 5:30 a.m. on Monday, August 20.
The full closure will allow crews to expedite installation of a new sanitary sewer line under McIntyre Street. All through traffic is prohibited except for emergency responders. Access to adjacent parcels will be maintained and a signed detour route will be provided.
From the south:
- Through traffic will be directed to turn west (left) at W. 54th Avenue
- Turn north (right) on Easley Road
- Turn east (right) on W. 64th Avenue to McIntyre Street
*For access to properties along W. 56th Place and Bibber Creek Stables (5678 McIntyre Street), continue north of W. 54th Avenue. Follow signs and crew instructions.
From the north:
- Through traffic will be directed to turn west (right) at W. 64th Avenue
- Turn south (left) on Easley Road
- Turn east (left) on W. 54th Avenue to McIntyre Street
* For access to properties between W. 64th Avenue to W. 58th Avenue and Capall Glen Farm (5706 McIntyre Street), continue south of W. 64th Avenue. Follow signs and crew instructions.
