Jefferson County Human Services is changing our provider for secure, encrypted email. The current provider, Barracuda, will only be available for retrieving current messages through Tuesday, July 10.
You must save any emails from this system in order to avoid loss or needing to request the information to be re-sent to you.
If you receive email from the Barracuda system from Jefferson County, the login screen looks similar to this photo.
Beginning on Tuesday, July 3, email will be sent using the new email system, Symantec. See this document showing the new access process.
