Job Fairs are a win-win setting for employers and job seekers alike. From an employer’s perspective, this is an opportunity to visit with and screen many prospects at one time. Job seekers reap the benefit of having multiple employers in one location. Meeting with a recruiter at a job fair oftentimes means job seekers are interviewed and hired at the event.
