On August 16, 1976, at 8:30 a.m., Richard Gary Malin, DOB 03/10/1941 was found deceased by his wife at their residence located at 30290 Palomino Drive in Evergreen, Colorado. Richard was found just inside the front door of the residence and had been shot.
