Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Offers Business Academy

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is offering its first Business Academy for local business owners and managers. This free crime prevention course will be held three consecutive Thursday mornings from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. on October 12th, 19th, and 26th. The course will be held at the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, 200 Jefferson County Parkway in Golden. 

Business owners and managers in Jefferson County are encouraged to register for the Business Academy by October 9, 2017. Topics presented include theft prevention; “Run, Hide, and Fight” response; fraud and counterfeit money; shoplifting, burglary, and robbery; and site security.
