Jefferson County, CO. – Around 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8, JCSO deputies responded to a 911 call from a man who said he had been shot multiple times in his apartment, located in the 7300 block of South Alkire Street.
When deputies arrived, they found the man still in his apartment, suffering from gunshot wounds. Deputies quickly provided first aid, and he was transported by medical personnel to an area hospital. He is in critical but stable condition.
The suspect has been identified as 36-year old Ryan Moore. Mr. Moore shares the apartment with the victim. He is in custody and being held on the following charges:
- 1 count Attempted First Degree Murder, After Deliberation
- 2 counts Attempted First Degree Murder, Extreme Indifference
- 1 count
- 1 count Tampering with Evidence
- Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender
- Additional charges possible
