Jefferson County is excited to kickoff the Together Jeffco: County Plans and Regulations Update, a two-year process which combines efforts to update several county plans. We want to hear from you — help define the vision and rules that will shape the future of Jeffco.

Over the next several months, we hope to gather as much public input as possible.  Visit the Together Jeffco website to learn more and to get involved.

Plan & Regulation updates will include:

  • The Comprehensive Plan
  • Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan Evacuation Annex
  • Transportation & Mobility Plan
  • Community Wildlife Protection Plan
  • Unified Land Use Code

Community Open House Meetings:

  • October 10: 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Storyline Church, 14605 W. 64th Avenue in Arvada
  • October 12 : 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Heritage United Methodist Church, 7077 S. Simms Street in Littleton
  • October 16 - 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. - Boettcher Mansion, 900 Colorow Road in Golden

The Together Jeffco Plans and Regulations Update is an 18-to-24-month project. The goal of this project is to design land use, plan for wildfire evacuation, create transportation policies that are aligned, provide a cohesive vision for the future, and identify priorities for addressing growth, services, and land use regulation.
