The Jefferson County Clerk’s Office has added all 2005-2011 records to its online, searchable database. The 957,000 records uploaded today include over 4.2 million images that range from marriage certificates to real estate records.“Expanding online access to records is part of our ongoing commitment to government transparency and modernization,” said Amanda Gonzalez, Jefferson County’s Clerk and Recorder, “It should be easy and convenient to find public information. With this latest release, we’re nearly a million records closer to being fully digitized.”The Jefferson County records archive goes back to 1859, and the Clerk’s office is working backwards to scan, review, and post all records, with a goal of being fully digital by the end of 2024. The next batch of data is scheduled for upload in early fall. To access the online records, visit the Jeffco.us Records Search page.
