The Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is hosting a telephone town hall on Oct. 17 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. They will be calling 50,000 randomly selected phone numbers to participate, but you don’t have to wait to see if you are chosen.
You can now pre-register to participate in our telephone town halls! You can pre-register your cell phone by texting the code JEFFCO to 828282 or you can go online to vekeo.com/jeffcocolorado to sign up and listen to the meeting live.
During this one-hour, over the phone meeting, the commissioners will discuss the 2018 budget and other topics in Jefferson County. But most importantly, the commissioners want to hear from you. You can just listen in or you can ask the commissioners questions. There will also be polling questions where you can weigh in on important issues in the county.
Phone calls will be made to the pre-registered list and to randomly selected phone numbers in Jeffco. However, if you don't receive a call or pre-register, you may still participate. During the meeting, call 877-229-8493 and enter 110646.
