Jefferson County is excited to launch a new website and app, YourJeffco, that enables citizens, visitors, and business owners in the county to report issues and concerns about roads and bridges maintained by Jefferson County.
Visit the YourJeffco web portal to submit maintenance requests or questions for roads located within unincorporated Jefferson County. Download the app on your Apple or Android device, or visit the county’s Development & Transportation website to learn more.
Reporting a pothole, flooded road, downed tree, graffiti, or scores of other issues is now as simple as pulling out a smartphone. Citizens can track the progress of their issues with updates via text, email, or phone as requests are resolved. YourJeffco integrates with the county’s asset and work management systems so that requests are assigned directly to the crew responsible for the maintenance. This supports the Jefferson County vision to provide efficient and effective self-service options to the public while also streamlining internal county operations.
