[ARCHIVED] JSX Kicks Off Charter Service at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport

On Aug. 4, JSX kicked off its charter jet service at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (RMMA) in Broomfield. They will offer publicly available nonstop flights on 30-seat jets from RMMA to Burbank, CA and Dallas, TX. JSX will operate approximately eight additional daily operations at RMMA with hop-on jet service that allows customers to enjoy a seamless travel experience without the crowds, lines and hassles associated with congested airport terminals.

The introduction of JSX service is creating new jobs at the airport while also providing additional opportunities for existing tenants. Both rental car companies are expanding their fleets, while one of the on-field fixed-base operators will service the JSX aircraft.  Jefferson County is excited to restore public air charter service at RMMA as the last public air charter service ceased operations in 2017.

Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport is the fourth busiest in Colorado. RMMA’s priorities are customer service, safety and a business-friendly environment. The Airport Director and staff are committed to ensuring that pilots, passengers, and business executives enjoy their visit to the Denver area and are able to access an operationally safe and efficient airport, 24 hours a day, seven days a week in any weather condition.

Learn more about JSX’s charter service on the RMMA Charter Service page. Tickets may be purchased at, through the carrier’s mobile app, or by calling (800) 435-9579.
