Jefferson County Planning & Zoning is planning a virtual community meeting on Thursday, June 30 at 6 p.m. to discuss proposed short term rental regulation updates. The meeting will start with a brief staff presentation about unincorporated Jefferson County's current short-term rental regulations, aspects of a poorly run short term rental, aspects of a well-run short term rental and regulations that could be implemented to ensure a well-run short term rental.
