Jefferson County Planning & Zoning drafted changes to two sections of the Zoning Resolution to address non-commercial Wind Energy Conversion Systems (WECS). Non-commercial WECS are intended to serve only principal and accessory uses on a property and not to generate additional energy that can be sold.
