BWC webpage

Jefferson County's Business & Workforce Center (BWC) has launched a newly renovated website to better serve job seekers, businesses, and community members.

The Business & Workforce Center provides resources to create successful connections between job seekers and businesses in Jefferson, Clear Creek, and Gilpin counties. The new look and re-designed webpages allow resources to be easily accessed and navigated with the goal of helping our community in the best way possible.

Resources for Job Seekers
BWC offers a range of free job and career services, including training opportunities and job fairs, and information about unemployment resources. We help people of all ages and stages of work life, from newcomers to those in the workforce to career changers; from those with decades in their jobs, to those re-entering the workforce after time off. We have job and career resources for people in a wide variety of fields, including in the trades, the tech sector, and the service industry. Our goal is to link you to tools that guide you on your way to success.

Resources for Businesses
BWC offers a range of free services to enhance your recruitment and training efforts. We have resources for employers across all industries. Additionally, we provide advice and lend support during layoffs. Our goal is to help employers and job seekers find each other, get the resources they need, network, and create successful working partnerships.
