Human Services and Laramie buildings are open for limited in-person services Mondays through Thursdays from 7:30am – 5:30pm. Buildings are closed on Fridays but services are available virtually.

Services are encouraged to be accessed virtually whenever possible. Customers are strongly recommended and encouraged to wear facial coverings if visiting a building is necessary. A drop box is available outside the front doors of the Human Services Building for paper application submission. Find more information on applying for a variety of programs or services online, schedule an appointment, or call 303-271-1388.

To check eligibility, apply for benefits, check case status, or report changes, visit Colorado PEAK -- available 24/7.

Programs available through PEAK include Food Assistance/SNAP; Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC); Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP); Aid to the Needy Disabled (AND); Colorado Works (CO Works) (state name for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families or TANF); Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid); and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+).

  • MyCoBenefits smartphone app makes it easier to report changes, upload important documents using the mobile device camera, check EBT balances, and review transactions and expenses.
  • PEAKHealth smartphone app is available for current Medicaid and CHP+ members who have a PEAK account.
  • PEAK Chatbot is a tool ready to help you sign into PEAK, make a payment, and more.
