Restaurants and bars located in unincorporated Jefferson County can now apply for a temporary outdoor seating permit. The measure was approved by the Board of County Commissioners. To apply for this permit, visit the Planning and Zoning website or see details below. It is important to note that establishments must also submit a temporary modification of their liquor license application.
This temporary process has been created to help establishments reopen while adhering to public health guidelines, including social distancing.
Please note that while Jeffco is accepting applications from bars, public health orders may not allow bars to open yet. We are accepting these applications in anticipation of future relaxation of the public health orders.
