Suspect Breaks into Apartment and Stabs Victim


Jefferson County, CO. – A suspect broke into an apartment in the 3600 block of South Sheridan Boulevard and stabbed an adult male multiple times before fleeing the area. On January 13, 2020, Deputies responded to the apartment complex just after 11:00 p.m. and located the victim who was transported to a hospital for his injuries. The suspect faces charges of attempted homicide and first degree burglary.

Investigators believe this was a targeted attack and there are no immediate threats to the public’s safety. The only description given was that the suspect was wearing a black sweater or shirt.
