The W. Quincy Avenue and S. Simms Street intersection will be closed to traffic on Wednesday, November 13 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. as construction crews pave the roundabout. Emergency vehicles will have through access during the closure.
Immediately following paving operations, the county’s contractor will build the center of the roundabout. Drivers will be limited to a single right turn when they approach the intersection.
