Geology of Open Space Parks for Kids

Location: Lookout Mountain Nature Center

Date: Saturday, February 11

Time: 10:00 a.m. to Noon

Description: Discover the geology of Jeffco Open Space Parks through slides, rock samples, and fun question-and-answer sessions. This program will get everyone thinking about geology beyond “it’s a rock!”

This session is geared for ages 8-14 (with accompanying adult), but adults are welcome on their own too!
