Project Scope:
The McIntyre Street roadway improvements project, third phase, will reconstruct McIntyreStreet between W. 58th Avenue and W. 60th Avenue. Roadway improvements will include:
Lowering the hill between W. 58th Avenue and W. 60th Avenue. The hill will be
lowered approximately 4 1/2 feet.- Widening of the road to four 11-foot travel lanes with a raised center median that varies between 4 and 16 feet depending on if turn lanes are installed
- 4-foot bike lanes
- 8-foot sidewalks
- Reconstruction of the traffic signal at W. 60th Avenue. New traffic signal poles with mast arms will be installed.

Phase III of this project has been awarded to Concrete Express, Inc. (CEI) in the amount of $3,364,143.00.
Project Update (as of September 21, 2020):
Xcel Energy will schedule a restoration crew to complete work associated with the gas line at the W. 58th Avenue intersection as soon as the landscaping contractor, that is currently working onsite, demobilizes.
