Jeffco Events & Venues is seeking a dynamic leader with proven experience in venue operations and event management to fill our Fairgrounds Manager position.

The Fairgrounds Manager is responsible for driving division strategies to evolve and enhance the guest experience at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. The manager is tasked with planning and overseeing event venue operations at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. The manager is responsible for managing on-site teams, vendors, contractors and events across the entire event lifecycle, from event discovery, planning, delivery and implementation. This position plays a critical role in transforming the entire guest experience, including interactions, physical implementation, and operational processes. This position also provides support to Boettcher Mansion and other division services, products, and facilities.
