If you receive cash assistance from the state of Colorado, you now have the opportunity to have those funds directly deposited into your bank account.
Simply fill out and return an enrollment form with a voided check. Download the form in English and Spanish by clicking here.
Once the form is filled out, it can be returned along with the voided check in one of the three following ways:
