On Friday, March 18, Commissioners joined local church leaders to receive 48 pallets, 80,000 – 100,000 pounds of food, at The Action Center in Lakewood. The collective effort of the leaders from Arvada, Columbine and Front Range stakes of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will help replenish local food pantries that have been hard hit by the pandemic.
