Ken Caryl Ranch North Plains Filing No. 1 (21-121001PF) is located north of Ken Caryl Avenue at Alkire and Ken Caryl Ranch North Plains Filing No. 2 (21-136270PF) is located south of Ken Caryl Avenue at Chatfield. The Zoning for the properties is Planned-Development per the Ken Caryl Ranch ODP which allows the proposed use, and subsequent Ken Caryl Ranch North Plains ODP Amendments.
Ken Caryl Ranch North Plains Filing No. 2 consists of 199 single-family attached homes and the total property area is approximately 28 acres. Within the subdivision, the applicant is proposing public and private streets, landscaped park land and open space areas and a club house and community center. Access to the development is from Ken Caryl Avenue and West Chatfield Avenue.
