JCOS parks are open one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset with the exception of urban parks, Crown Hill, Van Bibber and Welchester Tree Grant Parks, which are open from 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Year-round fire restrictions:

  • No campfires
  • No charcoal grills or open flames
  • No smoking, except within an enclosed vehicle or a developed trailhead area that is devoid of all vegetation. Visitors must safely and properly dispose of all cigarette butts.
