Inspection Information:

Building inspections related to occupied residential dwelling units that require the inspector to go inside are temporarily suspended until further notice. All other inspections will take place as normal. The online system is available for canceling, scheduling and am/pm times. Times (am) 8 a.m. - 12 noon, (pm) 12 noon - 4 p.m. Check for times @ entraprise

The county has adopted an addendum to the 2018 Jefferson County Code Supplement. Appendix Z - Special Building Construction Regulations in Wildfire Zone 1. Effective Date January 1, 2020.  

Passive Radon Mitigation System Inspection is now required for new residential construction per R109.3.5 of the 2018 Jefferson County Residential Code Supplement.
