Resources for Job Seekers

Due to COVID-19, there are limits to the number of individuals that can gather in a building. For this reason, most services are now provided via phone and online only. If you need access to a computer, phone or copy machine, please visit the Resource Room at the Laramie Building, 3500 Illinois St, Golden, 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday Thursday.

The Business & Workforce Center provides resources to create successful connections between job seekers and businesses in Jefferson, Clear Creek, and Gilpin counties.

For job seekers, we offer a range of free job and career services, including workshops and job fairs, and information about unemployment resources. We assist people of all ages and stages of work life, from newcomers to those transitioning careers; from those with decades in their jobs, to those re-entering the workforce after time off. We have resources for people in a wide variety of fields, some of which include trades, the tech sector, and the service industry. Our goal is to link you to tools that guide you on your way to success.
