Telehealth

Telehealth is coming to Jefferson County Public Health soon!

Telehealth refers to a provider/patient visit that is conducted using a phone or computer and is a convenient way to meet with your provider.

You can connect from the comfort and privacy of your home, car or work.

You don’t have to drive or take the bus, so there’s no traffic to deal with. And you don’t have to miss school, work or get child care to have an appointment.

Telehealth is also safe and secure. Every provider and the apps they use are required to protect your privacy and personal health information -- just like an appointment at your provider’s office. And you can still meet with your provider in-person when you want to, or when you need a physical exam, lab work or other procedure.

Ask us about our telehealth services coming soon! It’s an easy, safe and convenient way to get the health care you need.
